See allMore like a 3.5. Super fast read and I really enjoyed the writing style and the inclusion of a podcast style story telling. Unfortunately this has an open ending and I feel very unfulfilled.
This was incredibly enlightening and informative. I found it particularly refreshing to read about structural racism in a country that isn't the USA and how similar but also different they are from each other. I recommend this book to everyone, these conversations are needed now.
4.5/5
I really enjoyed this and practically flew through the whole thing in 3 days. But I did find at some points the writing wasn't as great as I'd wanted it to be and I had seen the plot twist from pretty early on in the book.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a thrilling read with conspiracy themes.
Yes this is the first time i read this. But I went into it knowing it wouldn't be a literary masterpiece and purely enjoyed it for the guilty pleasure that it is.
The premise of this books is really interesting and promising but the writing and execution is just bad. I'm a big fan of some of Richelle's other works so this was a really big disappointment for me.
