It is a good read, I like the fact that it picks up nicely towards the end. All the Moon books could be a little longer, but the story was pretty good.
I completely loved this book. He was very open and honest about what happened with many encouragements to the reader to verify the facts in the book with the various sources.
The ECB is painted in a very bad light here and I look forward to them trying to discredit him and to what lengths they will go.
Very well written book and a really good read.
This book was good, I enjoyed parts of it. The world building and character development is good. But there was something very annoying about it for me, and that was how “dense” the main character is. I feel he should have learned lessons a lot sooner, and the stunted character growth for the MC was to make the story longer than it needed to be. It fit the plot well, but he comes across as unnaturally lacking in common sense ...
I may look at the second book, but not now, maybe a little later it would be too much back-to-back for me to read.
I hope that this helps you in your determinations as to whether this is a good book or not to read ...
It was a really good book, solid foundation built from the first book, and things are afoot. The power growth is pretty steady, building slowly, but foundationally. I enjoyed the way Sylver thinks, how he knows so many things from being the top tier lich from his previous life, and now he has very little power. This a great way to show how knowledge can overcome power and with a lot of knowledge and a little power - how much can be accomplished.
This this was a really good book number three in the series and it had progress is only really well.
The deviousness of Sylver was really good and portrayed really well
Absolutely loved this book. I highly recommend it to people who love video games and are in their late 30's to 40's - all of the 80's references will bring a smile to your face :)
I really enjoyed this audiobook the second time around. Was amazing to hear the same character accents coming through!
The progression of Felix and his companions feels really solid and continuous. I really loved how this is depicted in the book (and series).
This series is growing on me. I really enjoyed these two beginning books to the long Completionist Chronicles. The story of Joe, growing in power is really very entertaining and completely believable
This was a good book, but there were parts that were a little slow and mechanical (i.e. you just plodded along for the ‘scenery'.
I am not that keen on the narrator, but he is growing on me. This is a great story and the world building seems awesome, the story is amazing.
Wow, I really enjoyed this book, pretty decent! Love the progression and the interaction between the Malific Viper and Jake - awesome!
It was a good book in the series, but it started to meander a lot and felt slow in places - with good character development. I enjoyed it.
What an awesome book. The series is progressing spectacularly and it's one of my favourite series so far
What a lovely start to the story, great character building and progression elements.
I also love the Narrator!
Wow, what a great book - I really enjoyed this a lot. I have one fear though, whats going to happen as Decklan is getting WAAAAY too powerful, something has to give ...
This was an absolute pleasure to read. I enjoyed the character growth, Ruwen and Sift's interactions with each other. Absolute pleasure to read and onto Book 6!!
It was a solid story, but it didn't blow me away. I didn't personally enjoy the third person view most of the time, but understood why it was necessary.
This is exactly what I was looking for while searching for stories on Necromancy - a Zombie Apocalypse and also narrated by Travis Baldree!! REALLY enjoyed this and onto Book 2!
