just finished this book and let me say it had a very promising start and the world building was gripping, the pace was fast (a bit too fast for my liking), i ate it up, but there were A LOT of repetitive sentences/ thoughts in Remy's head (Fated/ mate is an annoying word) 
the romance (although i liked the two main characters) felt so rushed, it didn't take its time to brew into something heart touching  LOVED the action and surprises at the last three chapters, will definitely read the next instalment

did i finish this book or did this book finish me? (it's the latter)

thanks to this piece of garbage i'm physically incapable of reading any book with a fmc named Anastasia

books ending with cliffhangers should be illegal 

this book had potential, until it didn't. i genuinely don't know what to think of it or if i want to read the rest of the series

this is easily my favorite book of the series. it did start so slow paced and like okay okay we get it move forward please but GOD the rollercoaster of emotions i screamed and laughed and teared up and and and that ending????

oh btw the five stars are because it's in adam's POV but i don't forgive the set up for him in this novella

actually the my rating is 3.75 stars because something about the ending felt incomplete but did i love the whole thing? yes, did jest OWN ME? yes yes YES
