People who want to read this type of book mainly want to know how to do those things and what is the rationale behind those things to help them stay in better shape, which is not mentioned at all in this book.

The author's focus is on methods that focus on how everyday, relatively small habits are changed and formed, rather than how important, complex and long-term goals work.

Too difficult to read, the structure of content is not good

This book has only one focus, which is to divide the goal into several execution items with different degrees of difficulty, and choose the items with the appropriate degree of difficulty to execute at the right time.
