Amazing follow up to Scythe. Was a joy through and through. Sad it took me so long to get to it.

My all time favorite book

This is a complex and horrifying look at obsession and trauma. However, what took away starts on the review for me was the horrific torture of the family pet that happens near the end of the book. It goes on for about four pages.

Fantastic psychological thriller. Some points off for multiple points of view, but the emotional depth of the young characters was very well written.

One of Junji Ito's best works.
