Author Bio
Robert Parker received his B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wyoming in 1965 and 1967 respectively and his Ph.D. from Utah State University in 1973. He is currently Professor Emeritus in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at Washington State University.
