5 Secrets of Story Structure

I picked up this title for several reasons: (1) I was intrigued by the author's rather comprehensive approach to all things writing, (2) it was relatively short so I figured it wouldn't be swamping me in endless details, and (3) the author was offering it as a free download. :-) (Free is always a great inducer!) I was pleasantly surprised at the clear style and very specific insights in this book – I felt like I could easily grasp the concepts to set up my writing framework and begin constructing my books. Based on this short example, I will likely examine more of this author's volumes, and also her own speculative fiction books.
