I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Rhinos, lions, and giraffes - Oh my! There was so much craziness packed into this little book. It was a fun ride. I really liked the inclusion of an American of color. Cozies need to have more color in them! There was discussion about people of color, so it made Lil seem like a real character. There was once it seemed to get a bit preachy, but overall it was very well done. The side characters of a big game hunter, an animal activist, a tech businessman, the manor hosts, embassy workers, and the president's son were a wonderful menagerie of people. The conclusion to the mystery reminded me of Dame Agatha.
I loved getting to know Kendell and Pauline. I look forward to seeing them in Hawaii. A great setting, fun characters, and a good mystery! You won't regret this one.
