Yuki is a typical college student--it's just that she can't hear. A chance encounter on a train leads to a serious crush...but will he give her a chance? A sweet and relatable manga romance from the creator of Shortcake Cake! Yuki, who’s always been deaf, is used to communicating with sign language and her phone. But she’s not used to English, so when a tourist from overseas asks for directions, she nearly panics…until a handsome stranger steps in to help. His name is Itsuomi, and it turns out he’s a friend of a friend. A charismatic globetrotter, Itsuomi speaks three languages, but he’s never had a deaf friend. The two feel drawn to each other and plan a date on a romantic winter’s night, but Yuki’s friend is afraid that she might be setting herself up to get hurt. Could this be something real? Or will these feelings melt away with the snow?

i finish reading mangas w a y too quick and that’s not good 😭😭 but i’m so addicted and hooked to the storyline, i’m dying to know more
(they CANNOT just leave me hanging with itsuomi kissing her hand like that?!?!)
although i worry my previous yuki may be falling headfirst into a situationship, since itsuomi’s reasons for learning sign language may be twisted, after that™️ panel (and the entire scene of them in his house- which had me giggling like a school girl 🤭🤭🥰) i have hope that he may harbor feelings for her too. i’m honestly so in love with this manga, it may be my new fav next to haikyuu 👀👀
i’ve got a 2 week wait for the next book on libby so let’s see how it goes!!

Initial thoughts: So incredibly sweet. It's like there could possibly be something there. Either way it's that first love, being an adult but not yet an adult type of life, finding your rhythm, that wave and riding it.
The signing! I'm just in love with this manga.
