So I loved this!
I have questions but I loved this so much. Baby and her pack were exactly what I was looking for. Maybe I missed a previous book or something but I was expecting shifters and I can't quite tell what Baby and her pack are beyond their Omega, Alpha, Beta designations. Maybe it's by design.
I don't read a lot of MC romances. Bikers aren't really been my thing, but I still had fun with this.
I love all of Baby's mates but Bullet, Books, and Green were my favorites!
After really enjoying Lola and The Millionaires, I decided to give Baby's story a chance and while I did have a good time, I did feel as if something was missing.
There was a few times in the beginning where things felt a bit rushed, Baby goes into heat within the first 5 chapters and also I felt as if the love confessions were too soon and had no weight behind them.
Speaking of Baby's heat, their relationship was built solely on the physical side which i was a little disappointed about, I would've liked knowing more about the pack. We didn't really get to see much of their personalities, most of the story was about their sex lives and the drama from other Motorcycle clubs.
Flip flopping between their Motorcycle Club names and their real names was honestly really confusing at times, especially considering there was so many of them. I didn't have a clear picture of any of the MMC's because I had trouble remembering who was who.
But I really appreciated the platonic relationships Baby had with the rest of the pack, especially Dusty. I also loved the way she stood up for the Beta girls and even developed friendships with them and that there wasn't any jealously.
Baby was a badass, I really enjoyed that she wasn't weak and didn't have to wait around for the men to save her and that she was the one doing the saving. She was also stubborn and didn't let the alpha's walk over her.
I also loved Bomber and Scorch's relationship so much, they were so sweet together and Seth was easily my favourite character. He was so sweet from the very beginning and I liked how he put Scorch in his place when needed.
Baby had a back bone, which was awsome. But the Late Night Howlers' Alpha, come on. He came off as weak, whinny, and an angsty teenager. The rest of the alphas were great. I loved Ryan. He was her safe space. Ryan's actions proved she could trust him. Bullet was good to he trained her too protect herself. So many Alpha male stereotypes coddle and cripple their love intestines by NOT training them. FMC's should be taught how to take care of them selfs, just in case.
Warning real Sex talk ahead
There is a lot of sex in this. It's, I have an issue with this vanella like heat. To be blunt, it is unrilistce for six horny Alphas to only utalize 2 of 3 holes. Come on. Baby doesn't lose her butt v-card until the VERY end of the book. Only one scen has her other two wholes being utalised at the sametime. It isn't relistic to me.
This book is well written and entertaining. I wish the action, at the end, was spredout through out the book. It would have given a brake from the sex and made the poltline more ingaging. I loved the end. I re-read it becuase Baby was so awsome.
Overall. I liked this book. I will probably read the next one with Lola. But this book is forgetable, hens the 3 star rating.
