This book felt like a compilation of techniques and methods to bring us more mindfulness. It does not go deep in any of the concepts but it brings quick tips to deal with negative thoughts, to reduce or eliminate distractions, to handle bad relationships, to define goals and values and the importance of meditation.
It was nothing new to me because I've already read about the various methods cited by the authors. If you are already comfortable with GTD, the Pomodoro Technique, decluttering strategies and meditation, then this book is no novelty.
For me it worked like a quick guide to remember to apply these techniques on my daily life.
