Erased. 1

I wanted to read this before watching the Netflix series and was pleasantly surprised by it. I really enjoy time travel stories and this has quite a unique premise and is definitely one of the more mature manga's I've read in awhile. There are no battles, magic schools or supernatural creatures to be had here and that is okay and is actually a refreshing thing to read in the manga format. The mystery and how it was all going to unfold kept me turning pages and had me thinking about it even when I wasn't reading it. There are some disturbing aspects to the story that even I found hard to read especially when you know it happens in the real world as well, but that is also what makes in more profound than your usual manga. It ends on a cliff-hanger, so be prepared with the next volume before you hit the last page!
