The growing economies of the Pacific Rim and the changing face of Eastern Europe are addressed in new examples and case studies. Since the publication of the second edition in 1989, Gavin Kennedy has developed other Self Asssessment Exercises which are included, and the text has been made more interactive. It remains a popular, lively and above all useful guide to every aspect of negotiation.
