Another book on diet and against sugar. The point he made about people having two pathways for energy, either through sugar or through fat, but until modern times they never were combined stuck with me. As did his explanation of why sugar wrapped up in fruit is okay, but when we turn it into a juice it is no longer easy for our bodies to deal with, because it no longer has the fiber in it as nature intended.
