Filthy

This was the may pick for a book club. I came in with high expectation bu was disappointed. I just felt the way the story was structured was very weird. It did not give much development to the chracters but some how felt very draggy. But I like the family dynamics within the book so I will be continuing to the next book in hopes that it is better than this one

I wanted to love this book... I really did. Some parts were great maybe 20% the other 80% just felt like fluff. The ending was not great at all for the book to be that long for. A book this size I should have finished in a day or so, it took well over 3 weeks to finish it because I kept putting it down. I hope that the rest of the authors books are not like this.
