I really love this series and these characters, I'm gonna miss them all but I'm excited for new Lauren's books!
The best of the series, I must say. At least this one brother is not much of an asshole like his brothers. Callahan Kane is alright, except for his addiction.
I like the FMC better as well.
I went into this book with my expectations so high bc i loved cal so much in the first too and boy oh boy were those expectations succeeded!!!!!! Laughter and tears and cal's happy ending ahhhh
Also unexpected Declan redemption arch? Im a fan
cal is 10000000% the hottest brother omfg. loved all the characters i am so obsessed
This series is amazing and Final Offer was the best way to end this series. Cal was so amazing and I loved watching his progression through the book. Lana was such an amazing character for Cal. This book is highly emotional and I didn't expect all the feels that came with it. Cal is by far my favourite Kane brother! His effort to get better was truly amazing and I loved how much he wanted to prove to himself that he was worth it.
Also: this book deals with addiction and truly shows the struggles of how it feels like to live with an addiction. So be mindful of that before reading!
Honestly, looking back on the other two books. This one is the only one that deserves the 5 stars that I gave. Even though I really enjoyed both books. Zahra was too immature for my liking and I loved the second book, but this one just has more plot and a better story line.
Watching cal struggle with his addiction was a roller coaster but it made the book a lot better.
Cal and Alana's story was definitely my favorite from this trilogy! I love them so much and their journey was so emotional and beautiful.
Cute and a good way to end the series. However, felt very lackluster as the plot goes. Character development was amazing, but there was not a lot going on. Cal and Lana are very cute together though, specially when adding Cami. Loved seeing the other couples too.
4.5/5
As soon as i found out cal has a cat, he became my favorite kane brother.
This book was...pretty great. From the writing to the way the characters developed and how the ending came out to be. However, even though it was intended, i did not entirely like how terribly they often treated cal's addiction. Yet, i can't complain much because it all did make sense.
Can't lie, i expected cal to be more kinkier than he was.
I still remember when i first read the fine print last year, feeling surprised to know that it did not have shitty third act conflicts, no cheating, no miscommunication in the usual context you find in romance books. And even though declan's story was my least favorite because i hated the idea of having a child because you're forced to and not because you want to, i still enjoyed this series.
I'm so glad i read it when i did :)
PS. I have a feeling lauren asher's next book has to do regarding the character lorenzo vittori-something
I will forever love Callahan so much. I had very high expectations for Cal's story and they were seriously exceeded. I had so much fun learning more about what happened before, it really made me understand why they were the way that they were. Lana upset me a bit at the beginning because of how she treated Cal (everyone kind of treated him terribly), but after learning more about her and who she was, it made sense. She was protecting Cami, which I understand 110%. I knew Cal would be my absolute favorite Kane brother but WOW, I love him SO much. He deserves the entire world. I'm so happy he started making decisions for himself (even if it was also for Lana and Cami). I'm also glad that their father got exactly what he deserved in the end.
This will be one of my favorite series for a while. So so good.
Creo que estaba esperando mucho por que tenía las espectativas demasiado altas con el libro de Declan y este me ha dejado un poco sin más
