Friends Like This

This book made me realize that I root for the flawed individuals. I had a hard time connecting with the MC because she was too well put togther for a high school student. She knew exactly who she was, she knew exactly what she wanted, she was clear in telling people what she wanted, and she had boundaries. I had a hard time rooting for her because she was literally her own cheerleader. She spent a significant amount of time in a relationship with an individual other then her best friend so I was more invested in that relationship because the whole book was more involved with that relationship. I thought that the friendships between the 6 were very cute. I didn't love the book and I didn't hate the book. There were some very cute quotes in the book about who makes up family that I absolutely loved. I received this book as an ARC.
