Tough work to be balanced on #MeToo in an age of Twitter outrage. Doolittle has her bonifies from a reporting series on the Canadian polices tendancy to dismiss sexual assaults reports as ‘unfounded' at rate out of proportion to other crimes. She follows up on some of the major #MeToo blowouts in the past 10 years, the importance of due process in investigation, and the range of perspectives from older feminists. For cultural problems like this tho, we don't have all the tools yet to bring men into the conversation as is necessary it seems. Overall, didn't make me feel terrible about the world.
