Iced Out

Am I the only one who always picks sides between the MCs even though I want them to end up together? I feel like one is always done so dirty.

I loved this book. BUT.....yeeish. This was kind of a big thing, no? This genuinely had the potential to ruin Quinn's career. Also, the groveling is always just shy of enough to placate me. Declaring your love AFTER being caught out in a shitty thing has always struck me as more emotionally manipulative than remorseful.

I need a book that has a grovel for the ages. A revolutionary grovel. The crime can be as bad as it likes but I need the punishment to fit the crime. Then we can talk about moving on. I need a book with a grovel to end all grovels. I need one where the forgiveness is well and truly earned.

Or vengeance meted out. I can get on board with that too
