It Started in Budapest

In her desperation to save her frail twin brother Matthew, Molly finds inspiration in the newly published novel Dracula. When her family embarks on the Orient Express to seek treatment for Matthew in Bulgaria, she plans to sneak away to Transylvania to find a vampire, whose blood could make her brother immortal. When she encounters a handsome traveler, he decides to accompany her on her quest.
