One of the things I love about this book is how different it is from the original movie, which feels like a acid trip. In this book we have duel perspectives. This is something I really like to see in books. Maddie, aka the mad hatter, and Noah, are both trying to save their sisters from really bad people. I like the fact that In this book the mad hatter is a woman and not a man which I think is very fun. The banter between Maddie and Noah is amazing, which I think helped build the sexual tension between the two of them. The authors added characters, which were not in the original movie, and by doing so the dynamics between some of the characters changed. If you don't like really steamy sex scenes I would say don't read this book. The friendship between Maddie and Ferris is so good that they will go to bat for each other and I love that.
