To head off paralyzed Oxford law student Allan Mann's suicidal despondency, a friend secretly gives him Ella, a laboratory monkey. After taking Ella's experimental drug, Allan develops a curious mind-link with Ella. But is he in control--or is Ella? Ties in to the movie from Orion Pictures.
