Wonderful characters and a good mystery

I am in love with Peach Coast, Georgia. There are so many wonderful characters living there! I like the reserved way Marvey went about investigating. I like the phrases and mannerisms she is learning. I like the way she want about questioning people. I caught one clue she missed, so I guessed who it was early in and I knew why. But I enjoyed watching her investigate and learning about the people she was investigating. Also the author did a good job of making the victim feel like a real person.
