Wow! I've always loved the movie, but the manga has SO MUCH MORE!! It's much deeper, darker and also better - if that's possible. Hayao Miyazaki's world is rich, fantastical and his characters are amazing and you get a chance to dive deeper into the mythos in the written version. Do yourself a favour and read this Nausicaa fans, manga fans...really everyone should read it. This is fantasy at its best and why I absolutely love Miyazaki's work. Definitely one of my all-time favourites!
