Neanderthal Marries Human

I'm not crying. I just have something in my eye!
Anything that I thought I was missing in Neanderthal Seeks Human was delivered in full in Neanderthal Marries Human. I loved getting more of Quinn's POV! I loved the bachelorette partying with Janie's knitting friends! I'm just really happy overall, I guess. Janie's family continues to not be great for her –I really hope Jem gets a redemption arc– but it just allows for the people that care about her to step up and for her to stand up for herself. I am excited to read Elizabeth and Nico's story and Dan and Kat's story and ALL the stories. ❤️

Not a novella like I thought, but a full length book. I really need to read the description more thoroughly.
I enjoyed reading this book, although not as much as the first one. I understood the characters and why they acted the way they do, but I just wasn't into it. The wedding ended up beautiful and I'm glad we got to see more of the couple.

I feel like the second book will be a bit spoiled for me, since we know what happens with Elizabeth and Nico. I am still excited to see their journey, so I'll still read it :)
