Peace and Turmoil

This is a debut epic fantasy. We follow multiple POV's. It's both character and plot driven. Lots of political intrigue. I enjoyed the magic system and the world building. I loved these characters! I thought it started out slow, but that is typical in the first book in a fantasy series. Once I figured out who everyone was and where they were from, it was very fast paced. I didn't do much besides read this on my days off. I definitely thought about it even when I wasn't reading it.
Lots of questions to be answered in the next book! I can't wait!
