Polaris Rising

This is one of my comfort reads. I love the sci-fi setting and the space adventure plot. Ada is trying to escape an arranged marriage by her powerful father and Loch is a criminal with a large bounty on his head. The fantasy romance element is so well done in this book. It has all of the best tropes: enemies to lovers, touch her and die, one bed trope, forced proximity. Such a fun read!

DNF at 111 pages. I was not interested, found the story & characters boring.

It's like Ilona Andrews awesomness with the exception that the hero is not rich or in charge of other people (and so much better for it). In Space. With punches, spaceships, assholes, and lots of cunning with a bucket of luck.
