Good book to get you out there and get you going. Works a lot like the couch to 5k programs where you start out slowly and ramp up till you are running 30 minutes or longer. Great program, engaging, and inspiring real people stories are slowly turning this non-runner into someone who is enjoying exercise for the first time.
