Better than the novel. Unlike Zahn's book, the adapted graphic novel doesn't get bogged down in places such as Imperial Hogwarts.
Grand Admiral Thrawn expanded the Star Wars universe in a fresh way 30 years ago. It pleases me to see him brought back into the new canon. This is a fantastic introduction to the clever villain who is as much brains as brawn.
