Definitely more scientific than anything that I've read on the subject. Not the most enjoyable read, but very logical. It could do with a somewhat more logically coherent arrangement and a lot of it goes right over the head of those uninitiated in anatomy or physics. Starting the programme Monday (Haven't been in the gym for over a year, don't ask why)
