This is an advertisement for TM as an MLM. Very very disappointing. There is zero usable information here.
This book is a waste of time. TM may or may not be any good, but what is clear is that you will not learn anything about meditation from this book. It is only a sales pitch that could have easily just been a one page pamphlet.
