Subtract

Useful book that explores the art of subtraction as a compliment to addition. Improvement can come through subtraction.

Key take away: subtracting is usually not visible and probably won't help us prving out work/worth in a group/team. That's why we tend to add by default.

I think the author failed on his own preaching...

So many unnecessary details, plus personally I thought it wasn't well structured and narrated
