It features walkthroughs of each of the games levels, as well as tips on finding each item, battling the various enemies and bosses. There are color screenshots, and in-game composite overhead maps. There are also a few CGI illustrations of the characters. Near the end of the book there is a check list, page for player's to mark off which coins they have collected. The book was originally sold for $14.99 in the USA, and $17.99 in Canada.
