This does have some valid points, but this book is becoming outdated. The book itself is short and doesn't take more than an hour to read. I did take away some things from the book examples, but what worked 24 years ago doesn't necessarily work today.
In summary: has some good examples, but shouldn't be your only source of knowledge in marketing.

Este libro basa sus reglas en la idea de que el marketing es percepción.
Y toda percepción no puede ser cambiada, una vez esté hecha en la mente de una persona.
Da ejemplos de como marcas se desvanecieron después de perseguir muchos mercados.
Este libro te da argumentos del porqué tu marca debe de ganarse un lugar único en la mente de las personas.
