I loved it, though it did feel rather rushed. To me this felt like the idea for one of the greatest novels ever written, but instead the author decided to quickly knock it out as a brief short story. Most of the brilliant ideas are mentioned in passing as recent events by Holmes so we can quickly get to the (now famous) ending.
Still, really, really good.
