After the fairy tale fantasy read, I felt like listening to a creepy mystery book. I loved The Sun Down Motel, so I decided to read another one from Simone St James. She did not disappoint!
The narration goes between characters and timelines, but it was easy to follow.
The supernatural element was grounded and made sense in the story. It fit with the end well.
