A very sweet story and, I believe, will sit well amongst other Christmas classics. Never lose Hope!
Pretty big meh from me. Most of the story is great, but it really falls apart at the end when the story is resolved with one gigantic deus ex machina moment that comes out of nowhere.
Nice, warm and cozy Christmas listen.
Definitely going to read it with the kiddos.
Such a nice Christmas story, I would recommend this to everyone, especially when it's Christmas. I didn't expect this from JKR so for me it was a pleasant surpise. Extra star is for the festive theme, otherwise it would be 4 or 4,5 stars.
Love, love, love The Christmas Pig! What an absolutely adorable and heart-warming story about loss, change, hope, and being brave...all topped off with a little Christmas magic.
I can't wait to share this with my grandbabies, and I have no doubt this will be one that gets read often.
