This was the second book in The Burning Chambers series and it was just as amazing as the first one!

The book was full to the brim with religious conflict, heartbreak, sadness and plenty of tension, this time through the streets of Paris and Amsterdam.

It was great reuniting with much loved characters from the first book, although sadly we had to say goodbye to a couple of them. I won't say any more on that because I don't want to spoil things for anyone who might be interested in reading the book.

The story was once again brilliantly written, with all the different plotlines coming together beautifully at the end.

There were atleast a couple of questions left unanswered, but with two more books in the series still to come, that's understandable.

Thank you to Pigeonhole and Kate Mosse for the chance to read this book.

I would definitely highly recommend this.
