The Hero of Ages

I am so disappointed that I finished this book though i read the last half at break neck speed. What a Fantastic series. I love it when the author has the full plot completely figured out (Not to say that Dark tower was bad!). So much parallel to the Indian concept of the creator and destroyer but with an interesting spin.

The progress of some of the characters across the series has been so well done that you feel you know them personally. Simple concepts (like man's best friend) are brought to life in all their awesomeness.

Suffice to say, this enters my top 10 without a shred of doubt. Onwards to Brandon's Way of Kings:-)
