In this retelling of the classic Pygmalion, Lucy Ellis dreams of making it as a fashion designer but toils away on a Garment District assembly line. Man-about-town and bored anthropologist Wyatt Hayes IV has a score to settle with Cornelia Rockman, New York's reigning socialite. Can Wyatt fool Cornelia and her East Coast aristocracy into thinking a trailer-born nobody like Lucy is this year's "It" girl?

Quickly paced, modern-day Pygmalion. Enjoyable but ended quite abruptly. Otherwise, nicely updated classic.
