A man dining alone in a Paris restaurant realizes he is eating next to French President Francois Mitterrand. The president forgets his hat in the restaurant, and the man surprises himself by taking the hat home with him.
But it's not just any hat....
This little book was great fun, with a hat that travels from person to person, enabling each to act according to his or her true desires.
