I just wasn't that engaged. There were a number of points where I could see either an earlier idea that came to more fruition here, or an earlier idea here that was developed more later. But I listened to this on audiobook and I clearly wasn't paying enough attention. Because while I highlighted parts and remember having interesting thoughts, once done there isn't that much I have retains.
But also I have read completely 19 books of Lewis, many more than once. And partial copies of an additional four. I have read at least a dozen books about lewis. Most of these I have read in the last six years.
I probably would enjoy it more in print. So I will probably read it again some day.
