What The Lady Wants
2008 • 454 pages

I forced myself to finish Little Lady and the Big Apple so I was really hoping that the third installment would return to Europe and the more appealing storyline of the original book. I only read about 50 pages before I had to put it down. It was painful to read.

The title character was becoming a flat, one-dimensional version of herself. It seemed that the story had started to revolve entirely around the wig she wears to become Honey and how much her fiance disapproves of it.

I have plenty of other “fun” books to read. I will miss Melissa/Honey but I think Id rather re-read the Little Lady Agency rather than hope that the magic can be recreated in future volumes.
