Who Moved My Cheese? takes the form of a parable wrapped in a fictional frame-story. The parable is fine and, judging by this book's success, clearly speaks on a motivational level to many people. Its moral is simple enough: things are always changing, be alert for early signs of change, be ready to adapt, and don't fear change. Of course, the most simple messages are often the most important. Given this, this short little book (94 pages) may be a comforting read for organizations or individuals currently dealing with situations in which the old way of doing things is no longer working and a new way has to be found.
