Death of a Cookbook Author

This is the first of the series that I have read. It was a fun one to start with. Hayley, Randy and Sergio are wonderful. Bruce is growing on me. I feel like there is a lot of history between them that I am missing. However, there was enough to make me care about their relationship.
The crime part was complicated, but there were hints along the way. It was a good cozy type mystery.
