Yuji Itadori is resolved to save the world from cursed demons, but he soon learns that the best way to do it is to slowly lose his humanity and become one himself! In a world where cursed spirits feed on unsuspecting humans, fragments of the legendary and feared demon Ryomen Sukuna were lost and scattered about. Should any demon consume Sukuna’s body parts, the power they gain could destroy the world as we know it. Fortunately, there exists a mysterious school of Jujutsu Sorcerers who exist to protect the precarious existence of the living from the supernatural! Everyone’s surprised (and not necessarily in a good way) when they find out Itadori survived, but there’s not time for a heartwarming reunion when Jujutsu High is in the midst of an intense competition with their rivals from Osaka! But good sportsmanship doesn’t seem to be in the cards after the higher-ups plan to eliminate the Sukuna threat once and for all...

“The only way to come to Tokyo without worrying about money was to do this.”
As a manga reader, this quote reminded me of Leorio, one of the main characters from a popular shonen manga named Hunter x Hunter. Leorio, like Nobara, said that he wanted to become a hero because it was a high-paying job. However, in the end, readers got an insight that he wanted to train to become the world's best doctor and he needed the money to do so. This goal came after one of his best friends died due to their inability to pay the hospital fees. Inferring that Nobara has a similar motive as Leorio, I wonder what inspires her to become a jujutsu sorcerer and hope to find out as I read more!
