I've had a plethora of cookbooks arrive lately. The latest to cross my door is Pizza School: A Kids' Cookbook for Aspiring Pizza Makers.
I decided to try it out. I started with Super Simple Pizza Dough.
I made a double recipe. I didn't need to. A single recipe was just enough for two 13-inch pizzas.
Then I made Super Easy Red Sauce.
I blended a can of tomatoes with fresh garlic, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
I made two pizzas. One was made with fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and ham. The other was ham and pineapple.
Easy. Inexpensive. Fun. Even a child could do this.
