The Artemis Fowl Files
Overall Rating: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ (3/5) or 6.57/10 overall
Characters - 7
The characters didn't seem quite as likeable in this book for some reason. Maybe because Artemis was still more of a criminal for his own gain rather than the good of humanity?
Atmosphere - 7
I think I would have liked it a bit better if the two short stories were next to each other instead and the little info pieces and interviews were at the beginning; it felt odd to have this break in the middle for them.
Writing - 6
Eh, it was alright. The smaller info bits weren't as interesting as I would've hoped, but the two short stories gave a reasonable amount of insight into Holly's past and the events between #1 and #2.
Plot - 6
Maybe it's because they were shorter stories, but the plot seemed not as developed as usual. :/
Intrigue - 7
I was reasonably intrigued by this book.
Logic - 7
The book had a fair bit of logic that filled in some gaps in the series.
Enjoyment - 6
I enjoyed it a reasonable amount, but I think these stories could have been added somewhere else instead of having their own book.
