another satisfying conclusion to a series i started like 5 years ago lol. i'm trying to finish every series that i've been putting off one or two books for and i'm actually pretty siked about it.
i befriended someone in high school that was reading dorothy must die at the same time as me and we read the first 3 books together throughout high school. we stopped talking as much before this book came out so i've just put it off to like 2 years lol. it was very nostalgic getting back into this world.
definitely not my favorite book in the series (i remember liking the first one the most) but awesome remembering everything about these characters.
This was such a weird series. I didn't particularly enjoy it, but I was compelled to keep reading. It IS an interesting take on the OZ universe, and the characters did become somewhat more developed, but I'm still not sure I can recommend it. And yet I read ALL FOUR NOVELS.
