Four hikers enter the mountains. Only two return. But is it tragedy? Or treachery? I thought this was pretty good - I didn't work it out until the end and I stayed interested in figuring it out.
As others have said, every single character in this book is completely unlikeable and you honestly don't care who made it off the mountain and who didn't.
That said, it's a quick and easy read, so was entertaining for a few hours.
It was involving up to a certain point towards the end when somehow it became too much. I liked the plot twist, but after it there was an attempt to another one and this one was just a tad too much, in my opinion. Of course, considering the whole ‘I'm a psycho who intended to murder family during an outing' kind of thing.
